    We went shopping this afternoon and took advantage of Metro's wonderful wings promotion:

    Buy 1 box of Flamingo wings for $8.99/ get 1 box of Flamingo breaded chicken products free (burgers, nuggets, etc.)

    That brings the price for both down to $8.99, a good deal...but can it get any better ???

    You bet...my personal Metro offers had coupons for $3 off Flamingo wings and $3 off Flamingo breaded chicken products...so, using both coupons I got the two boxes for $2.99 total!!

    that's a great deal!! i was at sobeys today and they have buy a compliment pizza (their store brand) at $4.99 and get a flamingo frozen entree up to $8.99 free.

    Great deals baggy pants I love when the stores put on these promotions. I was at my Foodland the other day and they had a sign buy a package of sliced chicken or steak (for a stir fry) get a package of fresh mixed vegetables..I bought a small pkg of boneless, skinless chicken for $3.73 and got pkg of veg reg. $3.59 ( asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, bean sprouts, peppers, celery). I know some of you thing they take their old vegetables and put them in a package, but these were all fresh and delicious. The sign indicated the sale is on until Jan. 07..I came home and made a delicious stir fry and had enough for my lunch the next day!! I will definitely be doing this again!! Now I noticed they have buy 2 appetizers get 1 free!!
