Maybe I had better make it the year I see Love Actually - every year I hear about it at this time.
I'll also have to give Bad Santa a try.

Just watched Fallen Angel - Hallmark movie. It was really good - Gary Sinise, Gordon Pinsent, Joely Richardson, small part by Lorne Cardinal.

THE BEST Christmas movie ever is White Christmas with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye. Tradition in my family to watch that movie every Christmas Eve.
Also, we're big fans of Christmas Vacation and A Christmas Story.
Then there's the best TV Christmas specials- Winnie the Pooh and Christmas too, Mickey's Christmas Carol, How The Grinch Stole Christmas.

yes! My DD and I loved Lauren Graham too and watched Gilmore girls together even though she was youngish at the time. Such a cute show though, so when Bad Santa came out we went to the theatre with all 3 kids thinking it was just a silly Xmas movie, and I mean since Lauren was in it I NEVER even checked it out first?
You never saw a Dad run so fast up the aisle with his DD ( his hands over her ears ) after maybe the first 5 minutes? I forget how much the boys and I watched......they were sort of older BUT NOT family entertainment at all. SO embarrassing, worst parents ever!

Thanks for the Christmas movie suggestions. Our oldest child is 3yrs old and into Santa this year. I've been picking different Christmas movies or shows for him to see instead of regular tv cartoons during the day. I'm excited to watch him truly experience Christmas this year.

It's showing on Saturday night and Sunday morning... I believe on W Network. When they play it on TV they tend to cut come parts out because it is a long movie. But still worth the watch. I like it. I don't think it's as GREAT as some people make it out to be. But it is good.
to clarify- I''m talking about Love Actually. Not Bad Santa.
