    Ingredients



    • 2 cups uncooked white rice
    • 4 cups water
    • 4 dried shiitake mushrooms
    • 1 cup hot water
    • 1/2 pound ground chicken
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1 pinch white pepper
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 3 cloves garlic, sliced
    • 2 links lop chong (Chinese-style sausage), thinly sliced
    • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
    • 4 green onions, chopped
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten


    I usually cook the rise with a rice cooker, slice the mushrooms and everything else. Heat the vegetable oil, lightly fried the egg. Remove egg from skillet stir friend everything then at the end add the egg back. This way the egg stays soft.
