For the 2016 school year, Ontario parents who refuse to have their child immunized with mandatory vaccinations must sit through a presentation before they can sign the refusal forms.

Before, parents could just ask for a form, sign it, and their child does not have to get shots. So if there is an outbreak at school, these children have to stay home until the outbreak is over - days, weeks, a month, however long.

Should parents have to sit through a presentation?
