I am looking for an apartment in Hamilton.
Since I have no idea of what are decent areas I wonder if someone could point me in the right direction.
I want a balcony, on site laundry and parking (not super expensive parking)
My main concern is that I have heard that there are a lot of places with bedbugs....Scares me
Hoping to find something for March 1This thread is currently associated with: N/A

Wonder if any business in the Stoney Creek BIA (King St.) might have something as the area just concluded a very-long construction period?
Queenston/Nash area has some apartment buildings between Pottruff St. N. and Nash Rd. and proximity to shopping too. No idea about rates/parking costs. Just am aware of a family friend living in that area.
You might want to test postal codes in insurance websites to see what will happen to your insurance rates as well. Downtown is known to be a rate hike for car owners (a good friend of mine noticed this happened to her when she moved to downtown some years ago before moving to 519 area for school).
You likely get the Glanbrook Gazette-all the Hamilton community papers are linked to Metroland's yourclassifieds.ca site, so see what locals are listing as well.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
