I can't say for sure. It's been ages since I have tried it even.

What did you buy?

Have you tried call them? H.O. should add the points for you unless it's under their written policy that manufacturer coupons don't count.
Also certain item won't count even if you reached the threshold/base point.Last edited by Decaf; Sun, Jan 3rd, 2016 at 02:31 PM.

It has happened to a few members including me, everyone with different spending threshold coupons. I think it's safe to say that we have to spend the minimum threshold in order to get bonus pts. Using coupons will only mean that we can buy that much more stuff in our transaction.

What about 20x? It's still based on base points/threshold right?

happened to me too recently on a personal offer spend $30 get 8,000. I used coupon and it brought me beneath the threshold and lost the points only by a couple of bucks.

The 18500 in the flyer works with coupons but its a gamble with the personalized coupons. You will probably get the No answer from HQ but you can take back the items and have them ring them back up for you. I always get them to total and tell me how many personalized coupons are being used before I pay.

Some of the personalized coupons are interfering with the flyer promos. I deliberately go to a cashier with 12 years experience who knows how to really work the cash register and can go into the backroom to work on problems. I get the cashiers to do a total before the card is swiped and coupons come off. I had a few problems that the store couldn't resolve and they called HQ to complain. The store can only add 1000 points at a time when it can't be resolved but have to call for the bigger points.
Another long time employee stated that seasonal items can also be the problem because they are deleted from the system and are not recognized.

I feel like sometimes people should read more closely before they reply...
