First Target closed stores in Canada. Now Walmart is closing stores in the US. Their profits dropped 30%. 10000jobs will be lost in the US and 6000 jobs will be lost in Latin America.

just read that too Shwa in Wall Street Journal that they are closing a lot of the smaller stores in the US and that they have been struggling in South America.

Yes, smaller stores. These usually don't have clothing, only groceries and health and beauty items. They are still planning to open super stores and Sam's Club locations in 2016.

There may be store closing deals at the larger stores, if anyone is going over the border in the near future.

I don't think any will close here, as it is one of the few remaining department stores we have left.
