Fascinating & Sad read at the same time. Its Long, but worth a read. I think most of us already know what happened, but we don't really know in detail what lead to the demise. This explains it well.

I was in the store few days before it closed. They had a team meeting by the changing room. I heard the manager's speech. It was like those underdog sports movie, very touching. They were still in high spirit on the last days, still helping customers when the store was super crazy. Other stores would be lucky to have those employees. They have had great training.
