Companies that will send out coupons if you e-mail them

I was thinking maybe we should start a list of companies that will send coupons if you e-mail them and ask.

So far I have:

Johnson's baby 4X1$
Aveeno 2X3$
Pillsbury- not sure, they're not here yet but I'm pretty sure that Mrs January got her FPCs by emailing them.
Chapmans-3$

J&J and Aveeno will e-mail you back telling you they don't have coupons but 2 weeks later they show up in the mail anyway.


Anyone know of any other companies that will send them out?

I sent in some praise comments to Kelloggs and asked and they sent some

Tresemme sends out a FPC, just by giving them praise. I never asked for coupons

Colgate - Sent an email saying how much I loveeeeeee their sensitive toothpaste and the next week I got a FPC for any colgate-palmolive product.

I also had an issue where I purchased a febreze noticeable kit that had a rebate to try it for free. When you opened it, it had expired at the end of june (but was still on shelf mid july). There was no way to tell it was expired. I emailed them and kind of crabbed a little and they said they'd follow up by mail in the next few weeks. (Not saying people should email and lie, but just saying if you have an issue with febreze they're really good people to work with!!). In fact, I find any issue I've ever had with P&G products (especially pampers), they're really good customer service!

I had an issue with pampers tabs breaking off the diapers (I had all the #'s they were looking for from the diaper, PLUS I offered to send back the diapers I had bought!), I emailed and they sent me 3 $10 coupons, 1 $5 coupon, and 2 FPC up to $27 and 1 FPC up to $10.

To anyone who emails or calls and tries to lie about the diapers, they ask for a # off the box, a # off the diaper and if you'd be willing to send back a diaper!


OOO and I forgot to add, I emailed clean & clear (J&J as well), about that new oil free moisturizer (the small sample they sent a lot of people) and how much I love it, they said they'd send me out a rebate in the next couple of days.

Also tylenol is AWESOME for sending out coupons. I emailed asking if they still had that booklet to put all your childrens medical history in and they sent me that plus they sent me a $3 coupon off clean & clear, aveeno, or neutrogena, $2 off anything from tylenol to nicorette and $1 off any johnson & johnson product.


Bic is quite possibly the worst and I will never buy a product from them. I had an issue with a razor (they refused to do anything about it! Even with me saying i'd send it back to them), and clicked contact us, it says right on their site they do not send out coupons or samples AT ALL!

I also emailed beechnut about those bibs they were giving out for free. Said how much I adored them (i really did) and they said they'd see if they could find some to send me. I got that plus I got a STACK of coupons for baby food, a jar opener and a couple of spoons!

Pampers and huggies are great and will always send out coupons, Ive had issues with the tabs from pampers and have contacted them before, I didnt have to send back a diaper or anything but they sent me some coupons.

In the end I didn't have to send the diaper back, but I think they use it to deter people from just claiming they have issues with the diapers. Or maybe it was just the agent I got. I always tell people unless you have an issue with the diapers don't call and just claim there's an issue.

I had to send back a diaper with the huggies and they sent me a coupon for a free pack of mega's. I hate huggies...they fall apart and leak so badly. I used the diapers I got to make a diaper cake for my cousin's baby shower

Hmm, I e-mailed Pampers about tabs ripping off and hard diapers. They e-mailed me back and told me they'd send coupons. I got them like 2 weeks later but only 3 $10 off. Kind of disappointed because I had heard of people getting fpc's which would really help, I even mentioned I have twins in hopes they'd send a little extra but nope, I got jipped! I wouldn't have thought to e-mail them until someone told me what they got for it so I guess it's a bonus either way.

I guess it all depends on the rep that answers your email. I don't know when you received the coupons, because with me I got the $10 ones too in the letter from pampers saying sorry for the issue yadda yadda yadda, then about a week and a bit later, I got all the FPC's from them too, nothing else in the envelope just the FPC's stapled together.

I think I got them at the end of last week, 3 $10 off with a letter, so maybe (hopefully) I will end up getting the fpc ones, I have about 10 size 5 left and would love them to be free instead of just $10 off.

I got a few coupons for gay lea. I email and ask for then, I got 2 for $2 off and 2 for $1.
Also got a a couple FPC's form St.Elves

What a great idea for a thread. Please say which coupons you got (ie value) Some people may not want to write to companies for 25 or 50 cents off coupons.

When was this? I had the same issue a month ago, and after we went through all the numbers etc; I got 1 10$ coupon. I figure I'll just sit it aside until diapers go on sale for 9.99 and then it can become a FPC.

Thanks for the suggestion about Beechnut, they just emailed me back and they're sending me a ton of stuff.
