    I love this app. I just signed in again today and there was another survey for 160 pts. about flu season. This is such a great way to earn Scene pts.

    For those who have 2 Carrot Rewards accounts, have you noticed that for the same survey the points given are different. I signed up about 3-4 days before my wife did and my surveys always come a few days earlier and are worth more points. Very strange.

    sorry for the bad news.. the points have declined big time in point value.. early birds got the best of it.. it was around 680 scene points vs I guess less than 200 scene points for new registration and surveys..

    2-3 weeks ago there were surveys with 150, 120, 100 scene points.. and now they are more like 45, 30, 25 scene points..

    I was reading SCENE FAQ and I understand that you are supposed to have 1 SCENE Card per person if you are over 14 years old.

    where do I sign into my existing account? I already have the account and probably accidentally signed out. Now, if I open the app, it gets me to Get Started page and asks to create an account. Can someone direct me to the Sign In page for users with already existing accounts? I have other apps on my phone, but feel like a dummy with this one...

    On the bottom of "Get Started", there's also "Returning User?". So click on that, and you can put your information and sign in again.

    Thx agarla, but all I see is Get Started (it is just at the bottom of my screen) and I can not scroll down the page. So, all I have is Get Started. It can not be the phone, right? I just can not get why I do not see Returning User?

    Do you use Android phone? I use iPhone. I understand that you can't scroll down any more. But can you scroll to the side? I can see 2 dots on top of "Get Started" button. So I think there should be another screen than this. May be it is on that screen?

    yes, it is Android Acer... I see now that the problem with my phone screen... Two dots are for scrolling to the sides... the first dot gets to the page that shows rewards options (scene, more rewards, aeroplan...) with Get Started right at the bottom, the second dot shows the page about partnership and Get Started at the bottom again...I tried to reduce the screen size but could not reduce... I am thinking to go to the cell store and asked techie guys...

    I checked my screen again and yes, I agree with you. That might be the problem. Hopefully tech guys can figure out for you. Good luck!
