    I went shopping at Zehrs today. When I was done I looked at my receipt and no extra PC points. When I got home I looked at the offers. They did not give me the 2900 points. I had to e-mail them again and guess what they gave me the points within seconds of me e-mailing them. WTF why do they rip us poor shoppers off. Loblaws makes million! What is a few little points to them??

    Happened to me last night - it was only for 800 points, so maybe there was a glitch in the system? It's pretty rare that I have to submit a points inquiry. Regardless, they are super quick at making points adjustments.

    I actually think their customer service is awesome. I've submitted twice about missing points and have never even been questioned it just appears in minutes. Computers make mistakes. It's great they credited you so quickly

    Yeah I think it is awesome to, used the missing points thing twice got my points easy with no argument. That is what I love.

    I use to have a lot of problems with PC Plus and at times was not getting points, I think over a period of a few months I must have sent in at least a dozen inquiries for missing points (all credited to me within minutes and no problems). But now a days, at least for me, it seems fine,I think over the past two months I've put in ONE inquiry, so not too bad. Also find the points offers are getting better at times and sometime combine well with in-store points, coupons, cash back and price matches.

    I believe that some stores may not have their products correctly tagged for PC Plus offers because I have had recurring issues with one of the PC sparkling sodas in 2L bottles getting missed for points when I have a loaded points offer that applies to the product purchase. I'd like to believe all Loblaws banner stores operate with the same product database/computer system but I am thinking there are variations among the different banners.

    So who tags items with PC Plus points-the banner store HQ team or Loblaws HQ?
