so what do people do with pickled garlic, besides nibble on it for a snack?

Pickles usually accompany a sandwich or meat entrée of some kind. Have noticed some magazines often show a quick pickle recipe.
Pickled garlic seems more in line with what an eatery might offer alongside a signature dish. I was just reading the Where to Eat 2016 list of top 20 restaurants in Toronto Life's April issue and noticed pickles mentioned here and there.2021-Bring on the sunshine, sweets & online shopping.
