    About time! I never understood why FPCs were never counted towards the points balance. They get the money back!

    So its not 2001 for manu coupon & 2002 for foc anymore?

    Been battling my Mar 20 receipt with cx service as the cashier put in fpc instead of manu coupon so they dont want to give me the points.

    Card was scanned midway ish we had to suspend and check the tag price so it was a long process I let about 10 people ahead so I can't remember exactly when I scanned.

    Oh wait I scanned right before coupons (after scops and price adjustments) cause I wanted to see the coupon code then subtotal a few times along the way to make sure it was still there.
    Cashier was really great since we are all still learning including her

    Also you need to scan your card before the coupons get entered FYI, ran into a problem with this with the new system!
