If I use coupons does my total have to be $50 AFTER coupons (to get the points)

^thnx for confirming this Anna was confused . The store closest to me has the new system, cashiers have been battling with the new system the last few times I went in. Want to use some FPCs on 20x the points this w/e when you spend $50.

old system for me today:

spend $50, get 12k points.

subtotal $50 minus $2 gingerale coupon, and $1.50 pampers coupon. Got my 500 base, 12000 digital and 3000 vib, no problem.

So an update, I had loaded coupons of spend $50 get 12,000points and spend $10 on food get 3000points. I only got the 12,000 points

that makes sense, you'd only get the higher of the two when you spend offers

Maybe my Pharmaprix still have the old system then . Or the cashier did a mistake by counting my FPC as '' coupons '' instead of '' free product'' . I rather use my FPC at Maxi instead of Pharmaprix now.

I figured you were in Quebec because of your receipt being in French. No - from what I've been told, Quebec does not have the new system yet.

i had an offer today if i spent $30 i would get 6000pts. My sub total was $33.XX and she then scanned my card, i had purchased items that had manager peelies on them, it brought my total down and i didnt get the points. i also had spend $10 and 1000pts and that one didnt work either. Does anyone know if its worth it to call head office???

The old system should have applied the 1000 and the new system should have applied the 6000 I'd call let them know your base pints if it's 330 your good to go

Yep it's the old system doesn't count store coupons as cash
Mind you I'm not even positive the new one does either still a great shop

Agree. I have had it work multiple times before. Just maddening when you try and spend the 30 bucks and then dont get the points.
