hanging baskets $9.99 but Food Basics, No Frills and Freshco had these for $8.88 last year

Thanks Shaw Girl for the reminder on the hanging baskets, hope Home Depot has the same deal as last year. 2 baskets for $16.xx, they were even better than I expected, they were better than Costco and they lasted all season!!
