Good news. Turns out I don't have a stomach growth. Its diverticulitis that can be treated with antibiotics!

Good you have a diagnosis - div. is not great, but you are lucky it was caught early. Two of my older sisters have had to have surgery for it - in their 50s.
I worried that it might run in our genes, so I really am careful with eating seeds and nuts - two things I used to eat a lot of, now I barely ever eat. If I do, I turn them into absolute mush first.
Are you on a liquid diet for now?

I'm glad you have your diagnosis and it's nothing very serious.

Dont worry, a lot of seafood is kosher. It just needs to have fins and scales to be considered kosher. Tonight I had some nice salmon for dinner
