My mom went away for the winter so we downgraded her Rogers to lite which was only 15 a month instead of 60 something for the digital plus. When she got back we upgraded again and was able to get in on a promotion and save but the Food Network wasn't included in this package as it was before and were told it would be.We called them to troubleshoot and they again said it should be part of the package and sent over a technician. Turns out it was no longer included in the package and only available in the expensive VIP packages. We called Rogers and they simply added it, no charges, no threats to leave was needed, no hassles. Nice to have great customer service like that especially after my recent horrible dealings with Aarons rent to own. Night and day.

Wow that is nice that they rewarded a loyal customer especially if you were originally told it was included.
