We bought these a few weeks ago - I'm never gonna pick these up again!

Lil, I refuse to purchase the blue Breyer's containers. They're disgusting. I don't care how great the price is, you'll never find it in my house. The black Breyer's ice cream is ok but only in moderation. I prefer Chapman's It's still a full 2 litres!

Ok, so maybe after watching the rest of the video, maybe I won't buy the black Breyer's anymore either.

I know I usually buy what is on special, but I think I will stick to Farmers brand from now on.

thanks for sharing!! we've bought breyers (the black tub ones) before but will never again. I'd rather pay a little more for the real thing. That explains why Nofrills usually have the blue tubs on sale

We dont buy this icecream. We dont like it. It doesnt even have any taste. Once i bought an icecream cake and it was so disgusting that i had to throw it away. Money wasted!
All we eat is nestle kitkat or oreo or rolo icecream. I dont know if its real icecream or not but we like it.

Interesting vids, but wow is he ever irritating!
The biggest problem is that he doesn't explain the WHY - it's guar gum, a natural ingredient. It's not bad for you, some just include it - and lots of other food products. It's made from beans.
That, and several other natural products, are added SO ice cream doesn't melt as fast.
I don't buy any of the products he tried, and certainly if we want ice cream we won't buy frozen dessert or 'lite' ice cream.
We do like Chapman's - and Lucerne ice cream is the best out there.

I hardly ever buy ice cream. I like Chapmans and I think I've bought the black tub from Breyers. I never touch "frozen desserts."
I went straight to the second video and the main thing I noticed was that he was really offended by youtube comments to his previous video. I had to keep fast forwarding over the talking to get to the experiment because he just kept going back to that.

Now those vids put a different concept on ice cream
Now i get why my oldest daughter watches everything that her daughter eats (even treats from myself and my wife) Lucky i found a recipe online the other day that we have already tried that all you do is take a banana freeze it then puree it. We put some rasperies and a couple of strawberries on the finished product and it was really good)
There is no way she can say no to giving my granddaughter banana ice cream and berries
