Can this cut of beef be used like "stewing beef" (cause this price is way better than spending $ on stewing beef)?

    Terrific, thanks @Lavender Lady .

I am such a 'dumb dumb'. In past, cubed stewing beef used to be the cheapest price, but since beef prices went up, it's always so expensive (ie: $4 or more per lb). It's only recently via this forum, I noticed people buying these big pieces at really good prices, and using them in ways, other than as a roast (ie: cutting as stewing beef). Thanks for the info.

I hope I get PC points offer for buying beef with this flyer price.
