In fairness, people should not have had the link if they did not receive the samples since it was on a card with them. But they should have included a code for the survey or something so it was not shared, because these things are always shared

Yeah, it's true, they always end up being shared online.
The info about being only for those who received the full-sized sample wasn't explained like you just did. Didn't khow they gave away a link for review with the samples. Many of us wouldn't have done the survey if we had known.

So, I wrote again. It's been two months since my last email and still nothing. Again, I was told they are in the works and will be sent out next week. She did sound very genuine. Well, I'll be watching my mailbox! I had the full size samples and invite card from months and months ago. This one is a point of principal. The page is still up making the same offer.

I am giving them the benefit of the doubt, until the end of the month, and then I will officially give up. Fingers crossed!

Received an email from Garnier yesterday simply introducing another new product (but not free). I scrolled to the bottom of the email, found "Unsubscribe" and clicked. I'm done with Garnier.

Yes they are coming, I received mine last night as well. I actually forgot I did the survey - it was pretty short and easy to fill out from what I remember, so I am happy that they are giving an FPC for the review Definitely more than I have gotten with other companies...!
