Today weather seems to be good so thought of going to walk to Library and Sobeys 1.2 kms ,went there found carts and carts of Organic,gluten free food for $1.
I asked employee why they were reducing ,she answered that roof work will start soon so instead of items covered with dust they want to reduce soon.I bought many items which I have never tried or baked and from now on I would be busy in Kitchen either baking , cooking or eating Lol.
Earliest expiry is Dec8 2016.
I googled about grapeseed oil and it had negative reviews,please share your ideas.

I use grapeseed oil on my salads. I don't cook with it.
Quality wise, I find it really depends what brand you buy.
I always go for dark bottles and store them in dark cool places.
They should be used up fairly quickly, or else you run the chance of your oil going rancid.
The good news is that if you don't like the taste, you can use the oil for your hair, skin, etc.

If you bought ShaSha cookies those are EXCELLENT. I've had that hummus before. It's good but I prefer the fresh one. Let us know your reviews

I have slowly transforming like Quinoa,couscous,veggie chips ,Terra, snap pea crisps etc .So to try others this is a good opportunity for me as original price is sooo expensive so I may back step to buy and try except for sampling it deals like this.
Hummus ,I like fresh one ,this I'm saving for cottage trip.

Yup..grapeseed oil isn't very good for cooking with but used raw works well.

Yes lilo003, it was a mess outside and inside so I avoided it for almost 3 weeks ,confused too with stuff changing from one place to another but after I went I found this steal.
