Cleaning brag/rant

So, I decided to run errands on my day off including going to the bank. I had a cheque that I misplaced it earlier this week and decided to search for it. I searched three rooms during the morning before looking in the dreaded "important papers" box that has slowly been growing over the past while ( two years ).
Luckily I found the receipt to return never used luggage we bought from Hudson's Bay a year ago (called and the customer rep said they would give store credit!), several bus tokens, a few small bills (totaling to $85), two roll up the rim winners (donut & coffee) but no cheque.
So, I spend another 3 hours deep cleaning and roughly organizing other clutter piles only to find the cheque is in the middle pouch of my purse instead of my wallet.

@ishyx0x That is true but that was a lot of effort and frustration. I'm just really glad to have found the receipt. We now have more room and I can grab some work clothes from HBay.

Ellen, you made me laugh. Wow that is awesome that the Bay will take store credit after so long. I find when I am stressed about finding something I miss it and find it when I'm not looking lol. On the bright side it looks like it all turned out more than ok!
