Here is the link to flyer spreadsheet for the mega redemption. Unfortunately a few items are missing because some of the photos were a bit blurry, but I tried my best to squint at them anyway!

Regarding Protein Powders: Page 2 has Life Brand Soy Meal Replacement (630g) or Sportzone Nutritional Powder (500g-650g) for $14.99 (Page 2 in NL flyer). On same page there are Sportzone bars 10/$10, Larabars 3/$5 and Pure Protein Bars 3/$5. They also have Life Brand CLA (90s) or Green Tea X strength (120) for $15.99 (not sure what regular price is). I have not tried any of the above but may consider these kind of items if I have trouble filling my cart.
