Home insurance questions

Mom had an agreement with her neighbor who wanted to rent her garage.....i.e. she ask him to do the mower in payment for the use of her garage.....and still....

he still fullfil his part so DH doesn't need to worry about the mower

mom home is empty for sale now and, the insuranses are at their lowest, as we have some people visiting the house and the garage...so people can see his stuff........canoo, cayak, furniture, pack of woodfloring, etc....

i Wonder....what about all the stuff the neighbour store in the garage.....is it Under our responsability or his ?

does anyone have this experience.....thank you :)

Its your responsibility if something gets taken from the property unless you notify the neighbour. I would put it in writing to be on the safe side.
