I tried Downy Unstoppables and found it to be too overpowering in my laundry.
Rather than throw my samples out I found a new use - I use them as air fresheners in my basement and garage. I put a little bit into several dishes placed in high areas (away from kids and pets) and my basement and garage smells great! The scent lasts a long time. This thread is currently associated with: GarageLast edited by barbis9; Tue, Aug 16th, 2016 at 11:11 AM.

I found the scent didn't last very long.....either that and I became desensitized to them. I gave up buying them.

I thought that product was useless, never used it in my laundry but I do have quite a collection of samples hanging around. Thanks for the tip! I will maybe make some sort of pouch for the garbage cans.

I started using the pink gain fireworks kind, I found you only need a little bit in the cap, a full cup is definitely overpowering. It smells really nice. Downfall is they are so flippin expensive for the amount you get.
