I am starting to can and would love have some tried-and-true zucchini relish recipes, either sweet or spicy. Are there any experienced canners out there who would like to share their favourite recipes? I know there are canning recipes online, but I am looking for recipes that can be personally recommended by folks on the forum who have made them repeatedly.
If you have other canning recipes that you have loved making over the years, feel free to post those as well!
