Amazon: Lego Dimenions A-Team Fun Pack $4.99 ... maybe?

This defies explanation... the promo is NOT advertised on the product page, and no where else was it indicated as on sale. It's not a Lightning Deal, nor any such obvious discount.

I just put this item in my cart to order it, and when I got to the checkout screen... well, this is what I saw:

I tried other Lego Dimensions packs and got no indication of a similar discount.

Also while new release video game items are usually 20% discounted for Prime members, this is not one of them. For some reason this item doesn’t qualify for the video game 20% discount (I think it’s past the new-release window) and it would also normally be listed as such on the product page if it is... and this wasnt. Besides $10 off is far more than a 20% discount (more like 66% discount).

I cant explain this, and I have no idea if anyone else will or won't experience the same thing. But thought I'd share.
