Thread: My small victory

I wanted to get a wet/dry vac for DH for Christmas. I found one on the Walmart website for a very decent price. The site said that this item was not available in stores but I decided to check today anyway. I figured if they didn't have it I could still order it and hopefully have it in time for Christmas. I walked down the aisle and lo and behold there it was! Same price as online except I saved the shipping charges and I don't have to wait while biting my fingernails wondering if it would arrive in time. Not to mention that it's about half the price of anywhere else that sells this particular vacuum. The bonus part is that it got great reviews I was happy.

I think the "not avalable in stores" on Walmart's website is just to get you to order online. Last week I was browsing the website and it said Royal toilet paper and Crest toothpaste wasn't avalable in stores.

nice surprise when website isn't accurate, worth checking! (I bought a pressure washer from them for quite a deal in store that way - good quality too.)

Great brag GoJay. Since I joint Smartcanucks I learn to never pay full price for anything and all of you give me the tools to just do that. For that, I am grateful. Thank you GoJay for a great brag..........................
