I just hate this. I just finished watching the Canadian figure skating pvr/d show, ready to hit the sack and Jenny is way fast asleep, snoring in her blankie beside me, so do I wake her up to go to sleep in one of her beds, or do I leave her here to wake up and wonder why she was left all alone while we're asleep?!

I'm waking her up, carrying her to the stairs, to find a bed she wants to sleep in tonight. With her blankie in tow.

Gee, I have my first (hopefully last) cold of the season. Nothing earth-shattering, just a pain in the face - and the throat, and the sinuses, etc. Yes, I'll live. It's just a bother!

I don't remember the last time I was able to go to work in just a sweater this close to February!

@avoncallingu, , yes certainly a first-world problem, and if that's my idea of a problem, I'm pretty blessed. If I do have an excuse, though, it's because both my teams were eliminated as contenders for the Suoerbowl. Uh-huh...another First-world problem.

As for our weather, ain't it great?! DH ran a couple of errands yesterday in a sweater too, @danger_dan, and it's supposed to be heading up to around +3 today, too, but there's a breeze, so it's probably a jacket kind of a day.

Loving these milder temps we have been blessed to enjoy. Although, it did make me forget to buy a new shovel for DS.......if the white stuff had fallen it would have reminded me because he sure needs to replace that useless one we have now.

Glad to hear @danger_dan is wearing other clothes when he goes out besides a sweater...tee hee.
Feeling sad for @Lynn49 and her 2 favourite teams not securing their place in the Super Bowl. Next year for sure! @22hicks ....if you are on here today, know that we all want a speedy recovery for you!! @Natalka I dread catching a simple cold, only because it tends to make its way through the 4 of us and often returns back to me for round 2! Hope yours takes off quickly and does not revisit.

Quiet pj day for me initially, but that bubble was burst when I went to clean the cat litter. Not one single box left in my stockpile! So had to head out to WM hoping something was on sale as I had no coupons.
Did o.k. actually. Three jugs of a lightweight kind and one large box were all cheaper than the brands I usually buy ( A & H or Tidy Cats ), so we'll see how they perform.

Oh, my goodness, @avoncallingu....I absolutely know that whatever you say to anyone is always meant in kindness or jest...And yes, Jenny has been with me through the tall and short of it all (mostly short and chunky, truth be told) and continues to be the reason I just crack up laughing at something she does each day!
