I couldn't upload the offers. I got a message "Sorry, we couldn't seem to find you, please try again and make sure you are already a PC Plus® member" and when I try several times they lock my account for 1 day. I have uploaded offers before but not this time. Please, any help would be appreciated. TIA

They froze some accounts to reset passwords. Can you log in normally (not through the special offers) if so, they often have buggy offers

Yes i do load the normal ones but not for provigo offers flamingo,.. and head & shoulders/old spice.
