Over...must be over. I"m that person who will change the roll to an over orientation, if someone has left it under...yup, that person.
I'll change the roll when it's needed...and I'll be sure not to leave only 1 or 2 squares on the roll.
There IS a correct way to orienting the roll...

It hangs how it hangs lol. If it's actually on the holder that's a win. No one is very particular around here.

We used to put it over but a certain kitten liked to paper the whole apt so it goes under and you can't leave a sheet hanging

So we're going to have to do some preweekend Smart Canucks TP Math huh....Bring on the Word Problems!
...does the TP hang in or out if John installed the holder vertically, and the holder is located to the left of the toilet. Suppose Jane left the roll turned 90 degrees, assuming 0 degrees being perpendicular to the wall, upon last use/tear.
...How does this change if the holder is located to the right of the toilet? ...what is Jane left the roll rotated 180, or 270?
...how many possible outcomes can we determine this problem to possibly have?DANGER

What if we pulled the TP form the center...? (Like a Lysol wipes container)

And why does TP only come in white? My grandma was very upset to find out she couldn't find her pink pillowed TP when she visited lol
