The savings value of the points set out in this offer is calculated based on the Shoppers Optimum Program® rewards schedule in effect at time of this offer and is strictly for use of this limited time promotion. The savings value obtained by redeeming Shoppers Optimum Points will vary depending on the Shoppers Optimum Program reward schedule at time of redemption and other factors, details of which may be found at shoppersdrugmart.ca. The $15 worth of points back on 50,000 points level redeemed is equivalent to 12,000 Shoppers Optimum Points®. Can someone just clarify for me when I should present my coupons during redemption? I think it’s:
    Subtotal
    Redeem points
    Deduct coupons
    Pay difference

    Thanks J

Yes, that's the correct order. Coupons after redeeming.

Yes and you must do it this way or they need to start again. Last time I redeemed, I told her but she entered my coupons anyway (I give with the product so I can pack properly) and then it didn't give her a redemption screen and she wanted me to just pay $ bc she didn't listen

So I bought 17 items for this bonus promo today

Subtotal $85.13 Plus Tax $4.56 Grand Total $89.69
Redeem points 50000 points $85 value
    Deduct coupons $3.75
Pay difference $0.94 with gift card

So as long as it says "Total Points Redeemed:50000" on the receipt, the bonus 15000 points will be awarded by Feb 24th, right?

Yes, but the bonus points is 12,000, not 15,000.
