The $1.99 for Pork Centre cut is a decent price for the quality; good reason to use-up Sobey's gift cards (bought with bonus AM). We've had very good experience with Sobey's fresh meat.

Not keen on an Air Miles cruise contest entry. Going for the $5.99 hemp seeds sale (time to restock) and a long distance phone card. Wish for a cartload of bakery goodies--could live there for a couple of hours just stuffing treats into my mouth.

The Kraft peanut butter with sea salt-not keen to spend $5.99 to try it. I spent $4.99 last fall when I got the no sugar no salt big jar version. Almost out of peanut butter but will learn patience. Or buy Nutella instead!

There was a demonstrator with Aero truffle bar samples and the $1 coupons wub 2 bars (yes I did but I still don't like dk chocolate much). Did get a sample of Pillars salami whips (demonstrator was gone but a few samples were left in meat dept.).

Noticed a suction cup pad with the Weetabix/Welch's frozen fruit coupons in a bin of Pepsi bottles (not on the freezer door). Got two coupons.
