This is a generic coupon, but prints the information you entered (name, postal code). I used initials for my name. I would suggest using a postal code for a place of business in your area (like the pet store) instead of your personal postal code.
Coupon printed expiration date of May 22, 2017, which is 3 months out from today's printing.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The link works for everyone, but to get the coupon, you have to input personal information, of which your name & postal code is printed on the coupon. For one's privacy reason, just input your initials & use the postal code of any local store (or Petstore).
The printed bar code is generic & there is no unique print code, so coupon can be used multiple times.
