The Contest begins at 9:00:00 a.m. EST on February 9, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 30, 2017 (the "Contest Period") after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.5. How to Enter the Contest:
(a) There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter the Contest, use one of two methods of entry outlined below. No entries will be accepted by any other means.
(i) If you have received an email from BERNINA Canada or one of its affiliates announcing the Contest, read the Contest Rules and complete and submit the entry form during the Contest Period from a valid email address; or
(ii) Access the Contest website at http://optin.bernina150.ca/ (the “Contest Website”) read these Contest Rules, and submit the entry form located on the Contest Website from a valid email address. You may use one of your Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ or LinkedIn, social networking accounts or send an email to “share” the Contest with your contacts.
(b) Unlimited number of entries per person during the Contest Period.
(c) Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. For the purpose of the Contest Rules, “authorized account holder” of an e-mail address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning the submitted email address. Each selected entrant may be required to provide the Sponsor with proof that the selected entrant is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a selected entrant based on the email address, the selected entrant will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry.
(d) Entries which are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent are null and void. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, misdirected or delayed for any reason. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for incomplete entries, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to as a result of malfunction, human error, lost, delayed or garbled Internet or email transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone, technical, network, online, hardware or software or any combination thereof.
6. Coupons
There are 6 coupons available throughout the Contest Period:
(a) Entitles entrant to $1,000.00 off the purchase of a BERNINA 530 when purchased online through berninaonline.ca. Not valid on in-store purchases. Coupon is valid from February 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
(b) Entitles entrant to a $100 instant discount towards a BERNINA machine purchase of $1,500.00 and over (before taxes). Coupon is valid from February 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
(c) Entitles entrant to $500.00 off the purchase of a BERNINA 350PE when purchased online through berninaonline.ca. Not valid on in-store purchases. Coupon is valid from April 1, 2017 through May 30, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
(d) Entitles entrant to a FREE L or XL Machine Trolley with a new BERNINA machine purchase of $1,500.00 and over (before taxes). Coupon is valid from April 1, 2017 through May 30, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
(e) Entitles entrant to $1,300.00 off the purchase of a BERNINA 570QE when purchased online through berninaonline.ca. Not valid on in-store purchases. Coupon is valid from June 1, 2017 through July 31, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
(f) Entitles entrant to a FREE Northcott Fabric Fat Quarter Box with a new BERNINA machine purchase of $1,500.00 and over (before taxes). Coupon is valid from June 1, 2017 through July 31, 2017. Limit one coupon per person.
7. Prizes:
Grand Prize: Five (5) Grand Prizes are available to be won. Grand Prize is one (1) BERNINA 215 Simply Red Sewing Machine.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is: $1,349.00 CAD. The total ARV of all Grand Prizes is: $6,745.00 CAD.
First Prize: Twenty (20) First Prizes are available to be won. First Prize is one (1) pair of BERNINA 8” Tailor Shears.
The ARV of the First Prizes is: $65.00 CAD each. The total ARV of all First Prizes is: $1,300.00 CAD.
