In the City of Toronto, the prices are very high right now. There are bidding wars.
Affordable condos would be found outside of the the City of Toronto.
That's why the highways are clogged each day with people travelling in to the city from where they live.
Visit Toronto, travel around and find a few neighbourhoods that you like. Go to Realtor. Ca and check out availability and prices.
Yellow Pages publishes different home and condo guides. Pick Ontario and choose one of the condo titles to see what listings and prices are shown. Not sure if you considering new or resale condos. http://nexthome.yp.ca/magazines/
If you are able to get CityTV Toronto on your television, Eye on Asia on Sunday mornings usually has one or more condo projects featured on the show as two hosts work in real estate. Just a thought.
