Desperately Seeking Computer Expertise

HI!! I am so frustrated I could scream...for the last hour and a half I have been attempting two things....1) I have entered my email and several of my other emails into the Maple Leaf $5 promotion. I get the confirmation email but there is no way to click on the link. It is not highlighted , underlined or anything. I have tried typing the whole link in to no avail. I have tried command "c"and "v"till my eyes crossed. Have tried both Safari and Firefox....2) I let my computer "upgrade" and then lost the ability to print SmartSource and other coupons I have had no problem with in the past. I know that someone on here gave us Mac users a way to do this but I lost it.....For the sake of my poor family who are getting scared of the terrible noises coming from our home office PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! Thank you for any help!!!

I'm not a computer person but If you have another computer at home try that one and that will atleast start to narrow things down

What are you clicking? Can you not access what you need to by going to the promotion page and signing in?
