If you go to the first few posts in the thread you will see an alphabetical listing of all the coupons that are "out" there. It's really helpful to know what to put on your wishlist for coupons you want. If you want to see what people have for trade you have to either look at the person's tradelist or contact them directly. Hopefully that helps!

Would someone tell me how this thread is useful? Is it so we can go out and search for them or see if anyone has a certain coupon to trade? I'm not sure I understand.

Yes and yes to your points plus

1. know what to look for
2. check for the coupon on tradelists
3. create a wishlist (mentioned above)
4. coupons from other regions that you will never see in your own region and not even know it exists
5. if you can stack (use more than one coupon at LD or Save On) you can quickly see if there's a stack possibility
6. we're coupon fans - like to look at what's new

I live in rural Cape Breton so a lot of the coupons are never found around here so I add them to my wish list so that the coupon traders that I trade with will know the exact coupons that I am looking for.

I found this Dempsters booklet at a Buy Low store and an IGA store today in Vancouver. The two Dempsters coupons expire March 31 '12 and the Maple Leaf Ready Crisp coupon expires April 30 '12.

The french version of this booklet have only 2 coupons.
Maple leaf bacon is exactly the same with the same UPC, but bread is different.

Bread coupon is save 1$ on any Bon Matin bread, 12520321, march 31, 2012.
