Yes, IGA only and I believe QC only for coupon redemptions, but that I'm not 100% on.

I am going to go. you can do one for each member in your family. So I am picking up 2 today. There is an IGA really close to downtown Ottawa and I called and they have 2 boxes full of passports.

Was their any samples in the pkg?

The employee who got me my passport said there's no samples this year, as far as she knows. She said "if the other stores were like our store, about 5 different people kept coming back and requesting the samples over and over from different employees using different names and making a problem if we told them no, and then they were gone fast and there were none for the people who only ask for one. So maybe that's why."
