Hello fellow SmartCanucks! I have one question for your guys, For Christmas I received an RBC Visa Gift Card and I would love to use this Visa GC on Amazon.com, ship it to the US and then I will pick it up. But on the back of the card it says there is a 2.5% foreign exchange fee for purchases made outside of Canada. Now my question is, how do I calculate how much they are going to charge me for an item that is $149.99 USD? I'm not a math genius so I don't know how to calculate the 2.5%. Any help or tips would be appreciated. And if this is not posted in the correct section, please feel free the move it!

Foregin fee - 2.5% + whatever the exchange rate is at the time.
That would depend on what RBC says it the exchange rate is at the second you bought the item. Its about 3% right now.
So it would be about $8.25Get free gift cards for amazon & paypal. I've earned $100's with the click of my mouse!
