Baby Monitor Deal! amazing product

I have look for a baby monitor for sometime, bought and returned. (didn't work, could barely see the baby)
I finally came across this one and it is awesome.

I was just wondering if you know if the PTZ baby monitors that are out there and say they have infrared, is this the same as night vision???
