PRIZE:
Winners will be selected by a random draw on Friday, January 2, 2009, in Toronto, Ontario. One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consistsof: five (5) bottles of Revlon Custom Creations foundation. Approximate value of the grand prize is $100 (CDN). The prize has no cash value, and it must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash, and may not be sold, traded or transferred. Should the winner refuse a prize, Canadian Living andTranscontinental Media G.P. are released from any obligation related to the prize. Selected entrant will be notified by phone within one week of Friday, January 9, 2009. Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P. retain the right in their absolute discretion to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any element of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

HOW TO WIN:
Your online entry must be received by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on the contest closing date, Friday, December 26, 2008. To win, selected entrant must have complied with the contest rules, correctly answer a mathematical, skill-testing question posed by telephone or mail and must sign a standard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of their prize as awarded and releasing Canadian Living and Transcontinental Media G.P. from any damage or loss that may result from entering this contest or accepting and/or utilizing a prize. The winner must return the completed form within five (5) days of receipt. If the completed form is not returned within the deadline, the winner will be disqualified and another winner drawn at random from all eligible entries.
