I need to do a day like that...I head out with good intentions of spending next to nothing using my FPCs and coupons but I usually end up with the necessary diapers or formula in the basket which throw my totals off. How much fun will it be to pile all that on the table and say "Look what I got for $25 bucks honey!!" ?!?!?!

Actually I go to the flyers and print my wish list and unless it is an awesome deal in their reduced I steer clear. My coupons are stapled to the list and I stick with it. My daughter and I go together as I'm home all week I get the deals ready and we are in and out and back for the little guy at 3 when he gets off the bus.

Last week an example of going off my list was 5 bags of Iams toy or tea cup dog food in the reduced cart on sale for $3 usual price $11.89. Had 5 coupons for $5 each and of couse that cost =$0

I usually only ever shop at the Walmart Supercentre... they have everything, so I collect all my flyers and head over there to get all the sales... plus if it's not on sale at Walmart, they will usually have it when the other store has likely already run out!
