Sorry, the subject might be misleading. I'm not telling Rogers subscribers how you can get a free phone upgrade but am asking if there is any chance?
Even if current subscribers sign up for a new 2 or 3 year contract with them, there won't be similar deal as free phone offered to new subscribers. Your loyalty gets very little reward.
I know it's the way how a company gets new business but I do feel frustrated.
I saw Global TV the other day and learnt that Telus Mobility gives out a free phone to its current subscribers every 3 years.
But never for Rogers Wireless except for 5 or 6 years ago.

we are intitled to a free upgrade i think every year or 2 but we always have to sign a new contract i belive

If you complain, a big maybe.
Also, upgrading your phone (keeping the phone #) depends on your tier. Meaning how much money you have paid on all your bills in total. Higher the amount of money u paid, the bigger the discount. Go to your rogers dealer or Prue for more detail.
