apron i ordered arrived today.. but still waiting on freezer bags from before christmas

I contacted them via Facebook about the freezer bags. Here is their response:

thanks for the update.. i've considered doing the same.. we've been waiting 3 months now for the first set of bags ordered to arrive..

Got my freezer bags today. I prefer the old bag.

Got 6 freezer bags in a big box. Different design. Glossy bag, thicker insulation. We'll see if the zippers last longer on this batch.

Recieved my freezer bags today in a really large bubble pack. I ordered 2 and received 4!

Received my 1 freezer bag yesterday & it also came in a very large bubble pack!

my bags FINALLY came today.. they are different then the previous bag (not sure i like them as much) they are similar with the zipper and freezer lined but they are shiny and don't have the quilted look to them

Received the annual $4 off coupon today. Requested February 1st.

Received 4 Freezer Bags in a bubble pack - We have 5 accounts in our house - took us a long time to get enough points (accounts only credits points every two days - noone can answer why) to get the 4! They look fairly well built for a free item I wont complain!

Does anyone have an idea why the ice-cream coupons are not back up for redemption? I was hoping that they were just e-stocking, but it has been off for so long now I beginning to think they are gone forever.

I suspect that it is not that you can only earn points every other day. I think that the "next day" doesn't start until 24 hours after the last time you played. I haven't tested out this theory because I forget to keep track of when I start and stop playing but I have had the same problem (but not every single time I play).

Yeah. They're gone. When I called in to order the annual coupon at the end of last year, they said because you can order it annually, they are removing it as a prize.
