The 2009 Value Village Coupon Calendar is now available, for $2.99 at Value Village. I've never bought one of these, but decided to splurge and see what was in it. For those of you who don't want to buy it without knowing what's in it, here it is:
I also got some bonus coupons to use for the remainder of 2008.
Some I will use, some I won't, but I will definately get my $3 back in savings!!
**These are NOT to print. You have to buy the calendar. These are so you can see what's in it ONLY****This thread is currently associated with: Value VillageBeen checking out SC? Sign up: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/index.php?referrerid=21999

I didn't know they had calendars. I was just there on Monday during their 50% off sale, and it was so crazy. Managed to buy 4 perfectly good game boards for $6.

I live above a V.V. I didn't know they had calendars, either.
Word of caution: Be careful when buying from second hand stores. Bed bugs have become an epidemic. Wash everything in hot water and make sure it is in the dryer at least 30 min-hour on HIGH making sure all items are completely dry. Spray all furniture in every crack inside and out (especially dressers) and steam clean any sofas and mattresses (box springs) before bringing it in your home.I've rec'd over $1500 so far of Amazon.ca gift cards. All for free!

Wow Rockin Kitty, thanks for the heads up on the bed bugs issue! Some great tips.
Back to the coupons,,,,you can't combine them with any other sale days, coupons, etc. but that's ok with me, for a couple of reasons:
I often miss those sale days
or I don't find anything on the sale days (or the place is a zoo and I leave with nothing, and my BP through the roof)
I come across the best deals when I'm not expecting to
I can share the coupons with family and friends
I might have to buy another one now......lolBeen checking out SC? Sign up: http://forum.smartcanucks.ca/index.php?referrerid=21999
