I got a bunch of stuff from this store last year during this sale and it all pretty much sucked, shrunk in the wash and just doesn't fit right. They don't offer fitting rooms during this sale cause it is so freaking busy and no returns either, beware.

I have to just report on this sale that happened a few weeks ago - sorry to post a few weeks after the event.
I must say, for the quality that you pay for at Costa Blanca, it is so not worth it. Their quality is very cheap and at times overpriced if they don't have a major sale going on. During the 50% off weekend, no change rooms were allowed, and literally ALL the sales associates working there and the customers shopping there were so rude and had some type of attitude. The sales associates were screaming at everyone, treating them like children, the customers were so pushy and starting down others - it was just awful. I don't think anyone who ISN'T like this should be treated like that. If a retail store has a sale like this, well they should expect a crowd and be much more nicer to customers - after all, if we customers don't go into these stores and shop, how will the sales associates and cashiers get paid??
There was certainly a lack of respect at these stores during the sale. And worse yet, dealing with an entire packed store full of women; it was literally insane. People were getting accused of budding infront of someone else, etc.

^ ya the quality isn't that great
i went to the event bought 3 things, i thought i would get 50% off the discount price but i didn't read it was the regular price =[
i regret buying one of the dress T_T
now i cant return it
when i was in Calgary, at urban behaviour always had 50% off sometimes off the discounted prices
so u can get like 5$ shirts = = its like the same stuff and quality as costa blanc etc etc...

I think you are allowed to exchange their discounted items within 14 days provided you have the receipt and it's not worn. They will give you a credit note or you can just exchange for the same item but a different colour or size.
It's funny - I had also overheard many people in the store during their 2 day sale that it's not fair that you can't try anything on, so why bother wasting your money. Some even mentioned the quality is so cheap looking, yet the line-ups to get in were so long! There are a ton of their clothes discounted even further now but has a lot of nicks, buttons missing, rips, etc. I really don't see what this store has to offer -certainly low quality and overpriced when no sales are going on.
