Well I just came back from pricesmart in Langley
Small shop, but fun all the same.
2 highliner fish and chips @ 2.98 - 2 stacks of $3 each = Free
2 Int'l Delights price matched to WM @ 2.00 - 2 stacks of $1.50 each = $1
1 Masala Munch (so good) @ $1 no coupon
Total OOP = $1.96
So all in all it went well. When I came in I went and spoke to Frances(TeamLeader super nice lady), and James(store manager). Here is how they would like it to go. If its a small shop, then proceed to the register. If you are doing a big stack shop, go to the CS desk advise them, do your shop. Depending on how busy it is, they will probably take you to an empty register so as not to hold up the other customers(very cool).
Now James said, they haven't informed all frontend staff yet, so please bear with them, until they get everyone on the same page.
In regards to price matching, unfortunately its a limit of 2. That changed today due to as he put it "Some woman came in with her No Frills Flyer, price matched the oral b and cleaned us out"
He told me there would be no limits on any item in store as long as its their prices. He also told me, I didn't ask this, he told me, p&g and all other coupons fine to stack, as they will get their money back.
Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if they allow the value of coupons to exceed the item price?

It all depends on your individual store manager. Langley, will not give money back, but will apply to the basket.

Thanks for the heads up on PriceSmart in Langley. They allowed me to do multiple pricematches with London Drugs and stack multiple P&G coupons. Here is my brag post if you want to see what I bought.
Where did you get the Highliner and MIlk2Go coupons?
What coupons did you use to hit $6 on the Glad Bags? I'm assuming the $3 from P&G flyer, $2 from SmartSource flyer, and $2 from Clorox website? They let you go over? Did they allow you to apply overage to the rest of your order?Last edited by SmartConsumer; Fri, May 10th, 2013 at 02:33 PM.

Highliner, coupons some were a mailout, some were from a booklet I'd found in stores, then there was tearpad that had one half $1 off any highliner, other half $3 off select.
For the Milk to go, I had gotten them from two different subscriptions to the Ingredients magazine(free subscription). Then my mother in law and sister in law ordered the books as well so I could have to coupons.
For Glad bags one was a tearpad/ss insert/and clorox printable.
They applied the overage to the order, they won't give money back, which is totally fine with me.
PS they have a really neat clearance section. Don't forget to come see me tomorrow @ Walmart lolswagbucks.com/refer/luvluvluvdeals

Nice to know they will do overage. I will totally take advantage of that next time I go there. I also didn't notice the clearance section, odd since I meticulously walked around the store gathering intel on prices.
I don't think I'll go to Walmart tomorrow. I already have enough toothbrushes to last me like two years. Plus by tomorrow, Walmart will have been completely cleared out.

I updated my brag with a Dove stack. You may be interested since you most likely have the coupons and/or can easily get them.
Also, is this the clearance section at PriceSmart? It was at near the end cap of the dog food aisle.

Yes that's the clearance section. Also they only apply the overage to what you are purchasing, they will not give money back in hand. Just making that clear for everyone. Thanks for the Dove tip
