Ottawa Citizen and inserts

I phoned the Citizen inquiring about the SmartSource/Redplum inserts. I was told by the insert coordinator that they have stopped the distribution since January. They are now only available to subscribers.
What a bummer . I do find them sometimes in "Le Droit" but the latest one was the PG.

If you find any in the stores, please let me know...

maybe that is what happened last time with the Ottawa sun--they did not have any in the stores

Oh thanks for the info that is why? Well the P&G is almost a mute issue unless you know someone who gets the Citizen or Recycle walks but the other inserts do come out in The Ottawa Sun on Sundays. $1.10 an issue.

Thank you for sharing that new information, it still sucks. I wonder if P&G is aware how much we are disappointed? Thanks Cat!

In my community paper delivered to my door yesterday, there were coupon inserts. Red plum I believe.
