Not sure where I found this survey company, but I didn't find it in the SmartCanucks list. No cash incentives, but you do get entries into contests after each survey, and I don't think they have too many members. Take a look below:

It is a good panel, the father of the owner was a minister for the Quebec provincial government and the 70..it is a very serious organization they do a lot of survey about politic(federal and provincial)....you can see their survey and CBC Television

i got another survey today about alberta's drive safe commercials, it was an entry to a sweepstakes though not cash

I have to say, I am super impressed with the customer service of Leger Web! I wanted to put a referral link on my website, but the only way I could find to do referrals is by entering email addresses of people I wanted to refer, so they could send an email.

So I used the "contact us" link and asked if there was a way to get a referral link or banner, rather than do the email thing - and I bet it wasn't 10 minutes later and I received an email from Guy Girard, with my own personalized referral link for my website!

VERY impressive!
